When you’re injured by somebody else’s negligence and dealing with an insurance company on your own, you are not in good hands. The insurance company is not on your side, and they are the kind of neighbor who borrows your tools and doesn’t bring them back.
You are the injured party. You are the victim. You are the one who suffered. You don’t need to be injured again by an insurance company that doesn’t want to pay your claim.
You need an experienced lawyer who is going to fight for what is yours.
For more than twenty-five years, we have fought insurance companies for people just like you. Your rights and your case are just as important to us as they are to you. No one will work harder to get you what you deserve.
If you’ve been injured, don’t be victimized twice. Call us.
The most tragic of cases are those involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death. The loss of life, limb, of the ability to independently care for self and perform life-sustaining activities wreaks havoc on the victim and family members alike.
You need experienced counsel who knows how to make a jury understand your pain and how the injury has affected your life. We will know how best to translate these highly intangible but extremely important items into real figures that can lessen the devastation brought on by the defendant’s negligence.
If you or a loved one suffers a catastrophic injury or the loss of a loved one through the negligence of another, do not wait or try to handle this alone. Call us immediately. What you do initially will strongly influence the results.
Constitutional Law and Criminal Defense
The Constitution is not a technicality. It and the people who defend it are the only line of defense against the heavy hand of government. The Constitution is tested in criminal cases. Whether a defendant is guilty or innocent, the government must be put to its proof. For the freedom of every citizen, the government must be made to comply with the Constitution.
If you have been charged with a crime, or even if you are only wanted for questioning, don’t talk to the police. Call us immediately. Your freedom may depend on it.
When families break up, it is hard on everyone. Whether you are dealing with divorce, custody, visitation, or support, you need experienced counsel with expertise to not only fight for all you deserve but to guide and uphold you through this painful process. Call us to talk about what we can do to provide for the life you and your family want and need.
